Financial Crimes Reporting Channel
The purpose of this form is to facilitate the submission of reports under the Crime Prevention Model (MPD). The organization guarantees that all reports made in good faith will be handled in accordance with the following basic principles:
- No retaliation: It is guaranteed that a whistleblower acting in good faith will not face retaliation for the information provided.
- Confidentiality: The investigation will be conducted while safeguarding the confidentiality of the information and the parties involved.
- Due process: A fair and transparent procedure that complies with applicable internal and legal regulations will be guaranteed.
- Integrity and respect: All actions will be carried out in accordance with the organization’s values and policies.
The information provided will be used exclusively for the investigation and resolution of the reported incident, in accordance with current internal procedures.
