It is ideal for use in the tapping of melting furnaces in passages over 2 ½" in diameter, with plugs or broths containing materials that require a lot of energy to break them (alumina, silica, carbon, etc.). The Trefimet TR-38 thermal lance is a tool that, thanks to its geometric configuration, generates focused heat energy.
