Este proceso es el responsable de inyectar ox\u00edgeno al ba\u00f1o liquido de concentrado para as\u00ed oxidar el hierro y azufre contenidos en \u00e9ste y \u201cpurificar\u201d el cobre.<\/p><p>Al encontrarse las toberas en contacto directamente con el ba\u00f1o l\u00edquido de concentrado, existen ocasiones donde las toberas se llenan de este material, impidiendo una inyecci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno a trav\u00e9s de ella, lo cual entorpece el funcionamiento general del reactor y hace m\u00e1s ineficiente la operaci\u00f3n general.<\/p><p>Com\u00fanmente, para remediar esta situaci\u00f3n, se hace un corte con lanzas de ox\u00edgeno en las toberas, para as\u00ed poder retirarlas y reemplazarlas por una nueva, operaci\u00f3n engorrosa que demora la recuperaci\u00f3n de la posici\u00f3n de tobera e inhabilita moment\u00e1neamente la inyecci\u00f3n de aire enriquecido a esa zona del horno.<\/p><p>Para esta operaci\u00f3n existen las lanzas t\u00e9rmicas Trefimet, las cuales, dada su configuraci\u00f3n, son capaces de maximizar la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica y focalizarla, convirti\u00e9ndolas en herramientas de precisi\u00f3n al momento de perforar o cortar cualquier material por fusi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La precisi\u00f3n que entregan estas lanzas permite limpiar el material embancado en la tobera sin da\u00f1ar sus componentes, pudiendo as\u00ed recuperar la tobera sin la necesidad de cambiarla ni inhabilitar la posici\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Ante el producto tradicional, las lanzas t\u00e9rmicas Trefimet presentan diferencias sustanciales que se traducen en una operaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s precisa y r\u00e1pida, aportando en el manejo del cuidado de las toberas y permitiendo su reutilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Otras aplicaciones para las lanzas t\u00e9rmicas Dentro del mundo del cobre existen reactores pirometal\u00fargicos cuya funci\u00f3n es llevar a cabo el proceso de fusi\u00f3n-conversi\u00f3n o solo conversi\u00f3n de concentrado de cobre mediante la inyecci\u00f3n de aire enriquecido a trav\u00e9s de toberas sumergidas en el ba\u00f1o l\u00edquido.
