Desde una operaci\u00f3n de apertura de pasaje en un horno gen\u00e9rico, hasta la supervisi\u00f3n de una operaci\u00f3n de corte, los distintos lugares que toman los operadores dentro del proceso deben tener los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares de seguridad tanto en los productos que utilizan, como en sus procedimientos. En estos \u00faltimos puntos Trefimet tiene bastante que decir.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/b1980164.smushcdn.com\/1980164\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/comparacio%CC%81n-apertura-con-lanza-Trefimet-vs-Lanza-comu%CC%81n-1024x535-1.jpeg?lossy=1&amp;strip=1&amp;webp=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-252267\"\/><\/figure><p>El principal foco de desarrollo de Trefimet se encuentra en las lanzas t\u00e9rmicas. La configuraci\u00f3n de estas herramientas permite tener m\u00faltiples ductos internos por donde conducir el ox\u00edgeno y a su vez, ubicar una mayor cantidad de acero en su secci\u00f3n transversal. Los ductos que se forman permiten alimentar todo el acero de la lanza con ox\u00edgeno, manteni\u00e9ndose encendida durante toda la operaci\u00f3n y mejorando el balance fierro\/ox\u00edgeno en la combusti\u00f3n. Estas distintas caracter\u00edsticas generan distintos beneficios asociados a la seguridad de la operaci\u00f3n, como la reducci\u00f3n del tiempo de operaci\u00f3n, lo que disminuye el tiempo de exposici\u00f3n del operador a estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico. Al tener m\u00e1s acero en su secci\u00f3n transversal, la lanza t\u00e9rmica Trefimet consume la mayor parte del ox\u00edgeno que fluye por ella, disminuyendo emisi\u00f3n de gases y las chispas que se proyectan hacia el operador, mejorando sustancialmente la seguridad de la operaci\u00f3n y el confort del operador. El hecho de que la lanza se mantenga encendida en todo momento permite que la operaci\u00f3n se realice sin la necesidad de ejercer una gran fuerza sobre esta herramienta para mantenerla encendida, lo que disminuye el desgaste f\u00edsico de los operadores sustancialmente.<\/p><p>Adicional a todos los beneficios de seguridad asociados al uso de producto Trefimet, \u00e9ste cuenta con un equipo de soporte t\u00e9cnico (equipo de ingenier\u00eda) y un sistema de capacitaciones que juegan un rol fundamental en la seguridad de la operaci\u00f3n.
