Su gobernanza recae en la Alta Administraci\u00f3n, con la supervisi\u00f3n del Gerente General y la gesti\u00f3n independiente del Encargado de Prevenci\u00f3n de Delitos, promoviendo una cultura organizacional basada en la responsabilidad, el control y la mejora continua.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Pol\u00edtica es de\u00a0<strong>aplicaci\u00f3n obligatoria y transversal<\/strong>, abarcando a colaboradores, ejecutivos, proveedores y terceros que act\u00faen en representaci\u00f3n de la empresa.
